Speech-Language Pathologist
Our Speech Therapists provide treatment to improve speech production, language comprehension, language expression, pragmatic skills, voice disorders, fluency deficits and difficulties in swallowing.
Medical Social Worker
Medical social worker helps individuals and families find links to vital services provided by the community. These services assist through supportive measures during acute, chronic, progressive, or critical illnesses. Services include counseling, education and referrals to community resources.
Home Health Aides
Our home health aides assist individuals who experience decline in activities of daily living, have disabilities, cognitive impairment, chronic or progressive illness and bed/ wheelchair bound. Services rendered are supervised by our highly qualified clinicians.
